Inside vivid purplish red (57C), each petal with a light greenish yellow (6D) spot above nectary, throat yellowish white (155D); outside moderate purplish pink (66D), midribs light yellow-green (142C) at base changing to yellowish white (155D) at top with a strong yellow-green (143C) spot; spots and papillae moderate purplish red (58A); pollen strong orange (168A); stigma pale yellow-green (157C) with vivid purple (80A). Fls 235 mm wide, strongly scented; petals 150 x 72 mm, margins ruffled, tips slightly recurved. Lvs 195 x 58 mm. Stems 1 m, reddish brown, with c.3 fls. |
