Exterior cardinal red (CC 53A/B), top half of tepals with sulphur yellow (CC 6B) margin. Base paler than dresden yellow (CC 6D). Inside blood red (CC 45A) flame fading into broad sulphur yellow (CC 6A) margin on the top half of the tepal; tepal edged blood red (CC 45A). Base sulphur yellow (CC 6B). Filaments dresden yellow (CC 5B); pollen black brown (CC 200A). Ovary paler than lemon green (CC 151D), stigma dresden yellow (CC 5D). Stem scheele's green (CC 144B), at the top anthocyanin. Leaves fern green (CC 146A).
Beschrijving

Binnenzijde: van rand tot rand tot ca. 3/4 bloemblad een vlam van bloedrood (CC 45A) in de rand vervagend. Vanaf ca. halverwege het bloemblad een brede rand van zwavelgeel (CC 6A). Op snee bloedrood (CC 45A). Buitenzijde: kardinaalrood (CC 53A/B). Vanaf halverwege het bloemblad zwavelgeel (CC 6B) gerand.
