Inside strong purplish pink (63C), towards the apex on a white ground, midveins above nectaries with a little pale yellow (8D), throat more white than (155D); outside strong to light purplish pink (63C & D) on a white ground, at the apex with some strong purplish red (63A), at the base with a little white, midveins light yellow-green (150D), with a little strong purplish red (63A) and at base and apex strong yellow-green (144B); strong purplish red (63A) spots and with papillae coloured as the petals; pollen strong reddish orange and strong orange (169A en B); stigma yellowish gray (156A) with a little purple. Fls 230 mm wide; petals 130-140 x 50-70 mm, margins ruffled, tips recurved. Lvs alternate, 220-240 x 30-70 mm. Stems 1.2-1.4 m, green with darker markings and c.5 fls. |
