Fls strong orange (15A/B), edged and with midveins (25A), throat paler; outside light orange-yellow (23C/24C0 shading to strong orange (25A) towards edges; outer petals tipped strong yellow-green (144A), base with a reddish brown glow; unspotted and without papillae; nectaries ;ight orange-yellow (25D) hairy; stigma vivid orange (28B), with a darker rim; pollen strong brown (172A). Fls 180 mm wide, petals 110 x 40-55 mm, not ruffled, tips not recurved. Lvs alternate, 180 x 200 m. Stems 1.3 m, green, with a little darker marking and c6 fls. |
