Inside pale purplish pink (65C), with light purplish pink (65B) at apex and a white glow on the midveins; throat white (155C); outside white (155C) at base, shading to very pale purple (69D) at apex; midveins of inner petals brilliant yellow-green (150C), fading towards the apex which has anthocyanin pigmentation; midveins of outer petals deep pink (180D); unspotted, but with white (155C) papillae; nectaries strong yellow-green (144B); stigma greenish grey (188A); pollen moderate reddish orange/brownish orange (171A/B). Fls 250 mm wide; petals 155 x 50-70 mm, margins ruffled, tips recurved. Lvs alternate, 205 x 40-50 mm. Stems 1.15 m, green, with c4 fls. A chimaera. |
