Inside deep red (60A), strong purplish red (60B) towards the edges, narrowly edged white (155C) at apex; throat white (155C); outside deep red (60A), strong purplish red (60C) towards edges, with a little white (155C) at apex; dark red (187A) spots and strong purplish red (60B) papillae; nectaries strong yellow-green (144C); stigma dark red (187A); pollen dark reddish orange (172B). Fls 200mm wide; petals 125 x 45-65mm, margins ruffled, tips slightly recurved. Lvs alternate, 205 x 55mm. Stems 1.3m, light green, with c6 fls.
