Inside strong purplish pink (68B/73B), with light greenish yellow (8B) midveins on lower part of each petal and a strong yellow-green (144B) throat; outside light purplish pink (65B), with brilliant yellow-green (150B) midveins; dark red (59B) spots on lower 1/2 of each petal; pollen dark reddish orange to brownish orange (172B/C). Fls 215mm wide; petals 105 x 53mm, slightly ruffled, strongly recurved. Lvs alternate, 180 x 25mm, mid green. Stems 1.4m, green, with c12 fls. May (under glass). |
