Inside light yellow-green (150D) becoming white (155A) towards apex, throat white (155A); outside white (155A), the midveins strong yellow-green (143C) at the base; dark red (187A) spots on up to one third of each petal and with light yellow-green (150D) papillae in the throat; nectaries white (155A), with a narrow, strong yellow-gren (144C) rim; stigma strong yellow-green (144C); pollen brownish orange (164A). Fls 200 mm wide; petals 110 x 30-45 mm, not ruffled, tips strongly recurved. Lvs alternate, 210 x 25 mm. Stems 1.25 m, green, with darker markings and c7 fls. July. |
